  1. Use the Category List dialog box to see the Public Categories defined for the Server, and optionally clear their passwords.

  4. Categories list: View the titles of Public Categories defined for the Server in this scrolling list; click on a title in the list to select that Category. The Categories are listed in alphabetical order.

  6. Clear PWs button: Click to remove the passwords established for the selected Category. This gives you access to Contacts that are assigned to Public Categories for which you don't know the password; this is useful if a Category's creator forgets the passwords.

  8. Done button: Click when you're finished viewing the list of Public Categories or removing passwords.
